Complete our Quick App online. Within 24 hours roughly, we will review and discuss your loan submission. we will discuss various options or move your file straight into the next stage.
Full Application
Confirm Terms & Submit Details
You’ll receive an email to review and sign the LOI or Term Sheet and complete the Full Application. Your Quick App details will auto-populate, and repeat borrowers will see pre-filled information. Upload the required documents to proceed.
Processing & Underwriting
Review in Progress
Our team reviews your documents and begins underwriting. You’ll receive automated updates with your loan status and a live checklist of required items. Additional documents may be requested, so please monitor notifications and your loan dashboard.
Closing
Close & Fund
Our streamlined platform enables real-time collaboration, allowing most loans to close in 14 days or less. After closing, you’ll receive payment reminders and easy access to draw requests for rehab or construction loans.
